ChatBLE 用户协议

欢迎使用 ChatBLE。在使用本应用及相关服务前，请认真阅读本用户协议。你下载、安装、注册、登录、访问或使用 ChatBLE，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意受本协议和《隐私政策》的约束。

1. 服务说明

ChatBLE 是一款以聊天式交互呈现 BLE 蓝牙调试过程的应用，提供包括但不限于 BLE 设备扫描与连接、消息收发、消息历史、快捷命令、协议文档管理、AI 协议翻译、订阅购买、反馈提交等功能。

2. 适用对象

你应具备签订并履行本协议的完全民事行为能力。若你未满 18 周岁，请在监护人指导下阅读和使用本服务。

3. 账号与访问

• 当前版本默认通过 Supabase 匿名身份为你创建应用内账号。
• 未来版本可能支持邮箱、Apple 登录或其他正式账号体系，并在原有账号基础上升级绑定。
• 你应妥善保管与你设备、商店账号和未来正式账号相关的访问凭证，并对使用本服务的行为负责。

4. 使用规则

• 你不得利用本服务从事任何违法违规活动。
• 你不得利用 ChatBLE 破坏、干扰、攻击或未经授权访问其他设备、网络或服务。
• 你不得上传或输入含有恶意代码、侵权内容、违法信息、商业秘密泄露内容或其他不适当内容的协议文档、消息或反馈。
• 你应自行评估并承担使用 BLE 调试功能、指令发送功能和 AI 翻译结果的风险，尤其是在涉及实际硬件控制、生产环境或安全敏感场景时。

5. AI 功能使用条款

• 你应仅在拥有合法权利的前提下上传协议文档或提交相关内容。
• 你不得通过 AI 功能处理违法、侵权、恶意攻击或敏感违规内容。
• 对于第三方模型服务的输出偏差、错误、不完整性或不可用性，我们不作无条件保证。

6. 订阅与付费

• ChatBLE 可能提供付费订阅或一次性付费功能，例如 ChatBLE Pro。
• 订阅购买、续费、取消续费、退款、恢复购买等流程由 Apple App Store、Google Play 和 RevenueCat 协调处理。
• 你应遵守相应应用商店及支付平台的条款。
• 若因平台、商店、支付系统、网络故障或账户状态异常导致订阅未及时同步，我们会在合理范围内处理，但不保证绝对实时。

7. 协议文档与用户内容

你保留对自己上传、粘贴或输入内容的合法权利与责任。你授予我们为提供服务之目的，在必要范围内存储、处理、传输和展示这些内容。你承诺该等内容不侵犯任何第三方权益。

8. 知识产权

• ChatBLE 应用本身及相关界面、代码、标识、文案、设计等知识产权归权利人所有。
• 未经明确授权，你不得复制、修改、分发、反编译、逆向工程、出租、出售或以其他方式利用本应用及其内容。

9. 服务可用性与变更

• 我们可能根据产品规划、法律法规、技术条件或第三方服务变化，对功能、价格、订阅结构、接口、权限需求或服务策略进行调整。
• 我们有权在必要时中断、限制、修改或终止部分服务，但会在合理可行的范围内进行说明。

10. 免责声明

• 本服务按“现状”提供。除法律明确要求外，我们不对服务的绝对连续性、及时性、准确性、完整性、适用性或无错误作出保证。
• 由于硬件兼容性、蓝牙协议差异、系统权限限制、网络波动、第三方平台故障或模型服务输出问题导致的损失，我们将在法律允许范围内限制责任。
• 你应自行备份重要数据，并在真实设备上谨慎执行关键指令。

11. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本服务而引起的任何间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损害，我们不承担责任。若法律不允许此类限制，则在法律允许范围内适用最大限制。

12. 终止

若你违反本协议、法律法规或对服务造成风险，我们有权暂停或终止你对服务的部分或全部访问权限。终止后，不影响已产生的合法权利义务和应履行的责任。

13. 协议更新

我们可能更新本协议。更新后的版本会通过应用内页面、固定链接页面或其他适当方式公布。更新后你继续使用本服务，视为你接受更新后的协议。

ChatBLE Terms of Service

Welcome to ChatBLE. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ChatBLE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

1. Service Description

ChatBLE is an application for BLE debugging and protocol interaction through a chat-style interface. Features may include BLE scanning and connection, messaging, history, quick commands, protocol document management, AI translation, subscriptions, and feedback submission.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are under 18, please use the service under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts and Access

• The current version uses anonymous Supabase identity by default.
• Future versions may support email, Apple sign-in, or other account systems.
• You are responsible for securing your device, store account, and any future account credentials used with the service.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the service for unlawful or harmful activities.
• You may not use ChatBLE to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to devices, systems, or networks.
• You may not upload or input malicious, infringing, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the safety and correctness of any BLE command or AI-generated output before use with real hardware.

5. AI Feature Terms

AI translation and interpretation are provided as assistive tools only. They do not constitute professional advice, protocol certification, or any guarantee of hardware behavior or safety. You must independently verify outputs before use in production, safety-critical, or real-device scenarios.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• ChatBLE may offer paid subscriptions or one-time purchases such as ChatBLE Pro.
• Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and restorations are handled through Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
• You must comply with the terms of the applicable app stores and billing platforms.

7. User Content

You retain responsibility for the content you upload, paste, or input. You grant us a limited right to store, process, transmit, and display such content solely as necessary to operate the service.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, its code, branding, design, and related content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as permitted by law or with authorization.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features based on product planning, legal requirements, third-party service changes, or technical needs.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, suitability, or error-free performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, applicable law, or create risk for the service or other users.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions may be published in-app or via a fixed legal URL. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
